Every attempt is made to solve each issue on first contact. However, some issues may require escalation to the field support analysts. School sites are on a schedule to be visited on a regular basis. Please be sure that you have an existing work order in our system if you need support while we are on site. Any issue that does not have an existing work order will need to have a work order put into the system and will be addressed upon your schools next scheduled visit. Campus closures, virus outbreaks, change in priority, or other emergencies may delay the time necessary to complete requests. PARCC / MAPS or other testing windows may also be blocked out due to the increased demand for Technology Services.
